Early Childhood Educator Traineeship

We are seeking individuals to join our traineeship program in Early Childhood Education and Care. This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge while making a positive impact on the lives of children.

About the Role:

  • This role involves working as part of a team to provide high-quality education and care to children, observing policies, procedures, values, and philosophies of the centre.
  • You will support children in their development and physical care, learning about practice through nurturing relationships and positive interactions.
  • As a valued member of the team, you will support educators to observe and document children's learning and development and assist in the day-to-day operation of the room.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A willingness to make a lifelong impact and inspire future generations
  • The motivation to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care
  • The ability to gain a Working with Children Check
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly and energetic
