Job Description
">This role involves hands-on system design and implementation for Workday Financials, including generating client briefs and collaborating with stakeholders to transform briefs into industry-leading HCM solutions. As a Senior Workday Financials Consultant, you will be responsible for owning the customer design spreadsheet/workbook and collaborating with Practice/Functional Areas/Lead Consultant to ensure the solution is complete end-to-end with downstream impact considerations.
">You will participate in Functional/Integrations/Data cross-team meetings, document issues, decisions, and action items from Initiation and Architect sessions, and support the customer as an initial responder to questions/issues during the project lifecycle.
">Required Skills and Qualifications
">- Training and/or certifications in Workday Financials solutions.
- Experience in the implementation and delivery of cloud solutions, preferably Workday.
- Experience in requirements gathering and transforming into a client solution.
- Strong presentation skills, preferably delivering product demos and running design sessions.
