Job Role Overview:

The role of Campaign Analyst involves collaborating closely with business stakeholders to comprehend commercial imperatives and translate them into data-driven approaches. This entails developing insights and recommendations by undertaking data sourcing, data preparation, analysis design and visualisation to support business teams with product innovation roadmaps, go-to-market strategies and customer experience initiatives.

This position requires an experienced professional with strong problem-solving, data analysis, data preparation and visualisation skills, and the ability to work across a matrix environment with business and technical stakeholders to understand customer and business challenges, develop hypotheses and solve for them.

The successful candidate will be commercially aware, reinforcing commerciality, strategic and data-driven thinking within the organisation, promoting portfolio growth, and contributing to the development of innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities include influencing stakeholders, working closely with them to determine acceptable solutions, and deepening understanding of the healthcare industry while remaining up-to-date with relevant industry, market, competitive and regulatory developments.

The ideal candidate will possess fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills, as well as knowledge of healthcare data / systems / processes. Experience in the healthcare sector will be highly regarded.

A tertiary qualification in analytics, science, business/economics computer science or related discipline is required, along with programming skills in SQL, R, Python and/or SAS, as well as proficiency in visualisation tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
