Tac Support Professional

We are seeking a Tac Support Professional to deliver exceptional in-home care and community-based services throughout Victoria.

About the Role
  • Develop strong relationships with individuals requiring support
  • Possess experience in higher care, personal care, and manual handling
  • Reside locally and possess flexibility with work schedules
  • Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Own a reliable vehicle for community access
Key Responsibilities:
  • Personal Care (showering, dressing, bowel care, and toileting) and Manual Handling (hoisting, etc.)
  • Physical Therapy/Hydro support
  • Domestic Services and Meal Assistance
  • Community Access and Engagement
Essential Requirements:
  • National Disability Insurance Scheme Worker Screening Check (NDIS Check)
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certifications
  • Working with Children's Check
  • Relevant Qualifications (e.g., Certificate in Disability, Aged Care, or Home and Community Care)
  • Australian Driver's Licence and comprehensive vehicle insurance
  • Evidence of eligibility to work in Australia
  • Strong Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)

Job Types: Casual
Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday, Morning shift, Rotating roster, Shift work. Ability to commute/relocate: Glenroy VIC, Preston VIC, Essendon VIC.
Licence/Certification: NDIS Screening Check, Working with Children Check, First Aid Certification, Driver Licence.
Work Authorization: Australia.
Work Location: In person.
