About This Role

This Fraud Analyst position is critical to our efforts in detecting and preventing fraudulent activity across various platforms and channels.

The successful candidate will contribute to the continuous improvement and automation of our fraud and AML/CTF systems and processes.

  • Identify, review and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities
  • Provide assurance over member onboarding processes
  • Conduct enhanced customer due diligence for high-risk members
  • Investigate potential fraud threats identified through transaction monitoring systems
  • Work with affected members to minimise losses and resolve fraud risks

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of fraud prevention and detection, as well as proven AML/CTF experience with good knowledge of KYC and enhanced customer due diligence processes.

They will also have skills and knowledge associated with digital transactions, accurate statistical analysis, and reporting skills, along with an inquiring mindset to probe and investigate anomalies.
