Process Operator for Salmon Production

We are seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated Process Operators to join our team at our salmon processing facility in Sydney.
About the Role- The successful candidate will be responsible for weighing, sorting, trimming, portioning, skinning, preparation, and packaging of salmon products.
- A roster consisting of Monday to Friday work with early morning starts is required. Additional weekend and public holiday work may also be necessary.
- Full-time and casual positions are available, including day shifts and afternoon shifts on our Hygiene team.
- You will be a keen and self-motivated individual with a positive and cooperative approach.
- You will be physically fit and comfortable on your feet for most of the day.
- You will take pride in being efficient and safety conscious.
- You will have a strong attention to detail.
- You will enjoy hands-on work, early starts, and thrive in supportive team environments.
- Above all, you will possess a strong work ethic and desire to make a positive contribution to our Company.
Experience working in a production or food processing environment and awareness of Food Safety, hygiene, and Work Health & Safety regulations will be highly regarded.
It is essential that you have a strong understanding of work health and safety regulations and can build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
Salary InformationThe estimated salary range for this role is AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
