This role leads the local and integrated quality, improvement, and patient safety program for Hospitals South in line with contemporary practice standards.
- Implement high-level change and improvement initiatives to support the local management team.
- Contribute to achieving accreditation under national safety and quality standards.
- Develop and implement evidence-based quality improvement and patient safety strategies.
- Lead complex multidisciplinary teams and drive innovation in service development and delivery.
- Support continuous quality improvement and safety programs across the hospital.
- Extensive experience in quality improvement, patient safety, risk management, and healthcare operations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of health industry quality and safety standards, regulations, and best practices.
