  • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Litigation Lawyer to join our team. The successful candidate will have strong litigation skills, with experience in front-end construction and contract drafting.">
  • The role involves handling a diverse range of disputes, including insurance law, construction matters, property disputes, and other commercial litigation.">
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and preparing case files for court proceedings.">
  • Collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders is essential to develop effective litigation strategies.">
  • Attending court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations on behalf of clients is also an important aspect of the role.">
  • Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on complex legal issues is a key responsibility.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • 1st - 2nd year lawyer experience with strong litigation skills and some experience in front-end construction and contract drafting.">
  • Knowledge of insurance law and insurance litigation experience in relation to coverage disputes.">
  • Enjoy litigation work and be eager to engage in a wide range of commercial disputes.">
  • Motivated to quickly move to an Associate role.">
  • Good client and practice management skills.">
  • Not afraid of a challenge.">
  • Part of a team and value getting things right.">
