As an Electrician, you will be responsible for performing electrical fitting and assembly of products in accordance with issued documentation, technical drawings, and safe work instructions. You will also ensure that the product is built to the specified standards, meeting both quality and productivity targets. Additionally, you will conduct thorough testing and quality inspections to ensure that the product meets the required customer and company specifications. You will also identify, troubleshoot, and diagnose faults in products, collaborating with leadership and relevant stakeholders as necessary to resolve issues. Furthermore, you will actively participate in continuous improvement programs, identifying areas for enhancement in processes, safety, and overall performance. You will foster effective collaboration with a broad range of stakeholders across related entities, ensuring clear communication and shared goals. Finally, you will partner closely with internal stakeholders including engineering, production, and operations, to achieve the broader business goals and ensure alignment across departments.", "Essential Requirements": "The successful candidate must hold a valid Electrical Workers license that is registered with Energy Safety WA. You must have a strong understanding of electrical systems and components, particularly within the context of diesel-driven electrical systems, including generators, switchboards, and electrical looms. You must have experience with Assembly and Commissioning of Diesel-Driven Electrical Systems. You must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being a collaborative team player. You must be able to consistently deliver work of a high standard, ensuring quality is built into every aspect of the final product, meeting or exceeding customer and company specifications. You must have strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow detailed written procedures, technical drawings, and safety instructions to ensure precise and safe completion of work. You must be proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) to complete documentation, reporting, and communication tasks as part of day-to-day operations. You must hold a current, valid driver’s license to travel to work sites or between locations as required for the role. You must be willing to hold a forklift license to support material handling needs in the workshop or on-site as part of operational requirements. Finally, you must be flexible to work overtime when needed, including evenings or weekends, to meet project deadlines, resolve urgent issues, or accommodate customer demands.", "Working Conditions": "The position is working 38 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with a shift schedule of 07:00 AM to 03:00 PM in the winter and 06:00 AM to 02:00 PM in the summer.
