The Lock Out Tag Out Tagging Authority will play a critical role in ensuring the safe execution of work on energized systems and equipment. This position will be responsible for managing the energy isolation program, coordinating with subcontractors and other stakeholders, and enforcing strict adherence to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement energy isolation procedures in accordance with corporate and project-specific guidelines.
- Coordinate with construction, operations, and commissioning teams to ensure seamless execution of work.
- Administer and manage the energy isolation program, including the issuance of electronic energy isolation permits.
- Provide training and support to project teams on energy isolation procedures and protocols.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with energy isolation procedures, identifying and addressing any deviations or non-compliance.
- 10 years of experience in energy isolation and permitting, with a minimum of 5 years in commissioning, maintenance, and/or operations.
- Proven ability to motivate and lead team members effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
