Our organization is evolving, and we're looking for a skilled professional to join our Talent Acquisition and Learning & Education teams.
The Career Pathway Program aims to significantly impact our success by attracting and developing top talent. As a key player in this project, you'll be responsible for managing recruitment deliverables and collaborating with internal teams.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work on end-to-end recruitment components, including proactive flagging of actions, timeline management, risk identification, and stakeholder engagement. You'll also have the chance to contribute to the developmental creation phase of the program, working closely with the Learning & Education team, and develop targeted recruitment campaigns with our marketing team.
We're seeking individuals with a strong track record in recruiting within large volume environments, particularly in healthcare or aged care. You should have experience in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, as well as building strong relationships with stakeholders and influencing through market knowledge and insights.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Managing recruitment deliverables and collaborating with internal teams
- Contribution to the developmental creation phase of the program
- Development of targeted recruitment campaigns with our marketing team
