Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with disabilities, promoting their independence and dignity.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other support staff.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or Yellow Card
- Blue Card preferred
- First Aid & CPR Certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
- Manual Handling Training and Hoist experience
- Competitive hourly rate ranging from $30 to $63.50 per hour
- Flexible scheduling to accommodate various shifts, including days, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and sleepovers
