Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support clients in achieving their goals and objectives through the development and implementation of personalized care plans.
- Ensure clients receive a high level of care and support, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care and support.
- Hold or be working towards obtaining a qualification in disability support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Current drivers' license and Blue Card.
- NDIS disability worker screening clearance and NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
- Ability to work a 24/7 rotating roster, including days, evenings, awake shifts, sleepovers, and weekend shifts.
