About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Contract Management Officer to join our operations team at Warragamba Dam or Nepean Dam. This is an opportunity to work with an essential organisation creating a more sustainable future for the state.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the development and ongoing administration of maintenance and servicing contracts to support the delivery of services.
  • Develop new servicing and maintenance contracts, in consultation with relevant SMEs across the business.
  • Coordinate the procurement processes including tendering, contract execution and creating and receipting purchase orders.
  • Ensure the timely management of contractual terms, payments and obligations, including monitoring and analysing the performance, reliability and efficiency of contractors.
  • Support the continuous improvement of contract management processes & tools.
Requirements
  • Understanding of contracting practices in contract preparation, tendering and award processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in writing scopes of work for contracts.
  • Ability to negotiate with a range of stakeholders with competing priorities.
  • Tertiary qualification in a business-related field or equivalent experience in contractual and procurement management.
  • A willingness and ability to travel to other sites within Greater Sydney.
  • Current NSW Drivers Licence.
