Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Manager to lead our Sydney Domestic AP store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Lead and coach a team of Sales Associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, facilities maintenance, and cash reconciliation
- Collaborate with the field team to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
Requirements:
- Proven retail management experience, preferably in the cosmetics industry
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams
- Strong business planning and analytical skills, with the ability to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
