Key Responsibilities
  • Service Development: Develop and implement service strategies to improve the quality of care services, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of service coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to deliver excellent care services.
  • Client Advocacy: Advocate on behalf of our clients and their families, ensuring their needs are met and their voices are heard.
  • Quality Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance the quality of care services, ensuring they meet accreditation standards.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, families, and community organizations, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of aged or community care services.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of AN-NACC and AHPRA registration requirements.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications in a field such as social work, nursing, or management.
