Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be responsible for leading the brigade and overseeing all kitchen operations in the Head Chef's absence. You will also be cooking busy services on multiple sections, when required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the kitchen team and ensure seamless service delivery
  • Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation and presentation
  • Cook busy services on multiple sections, when required
  • Mentor and teach junior team members
  • Ensure high-quality food and presentation standards
Requirements
  • Experience in both Classic and Modern cooking techniques
  • Experience in Hatted or Michelin-starred restaurants preferred
  • Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
  • Ability to hold down a section of the busy kitchen
  • Willingness to mentor and teach junior team members
