Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned technical specialist to join our high-performing team in designing, planning, and delivering complex systems architecture. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert guidance and advisory services, ensuring that platforms are built, operated, and maintained in alignment with strategic roadmaps.

You will work closely with our team of specialists leading the design, implementation, and support of platforms such as Taleo, Oracle Fusion, and Oracle E-Business Suite, which support key business areas including Finance, HR, Payroll, Time and Labor, Supply Chain, Recruitment, and Performance Management.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven technical experience in Oracle Cloud HCM suite, including HDL, HSDL, Extracts, Web Services, OTBI/BI Reporting, Fast Formula and Security
  • Strong database skills in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
  • Strong knowledge of OCI PaaS platforms to extend and integrate Oracle Fusion HCM using OIC, ATP & APEX
  • Proven experience in architecting, designing and implementing bespoke applications and related integrations around Core HR and other HCM modules that are secure and scalable using various technology stacks
  • Good understanding of System Development Lifecycle and different framework or methodologies such as Agile, Behaviour Driven Development, Dev Ops practices, and CI/CD model of development
