The Opportunity
In this role, you will be responsible for providing landscaping and gardening services across multiple retirement and aged care sites. You will work autonomously to maintain high standards across your stores, provide exceptional customer service, and build strong relationships.
Your Cluster
Your cluster will be based in Perth, where you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:
- Landscaping Services: You will perform landscaping services, including mowing, edging, sweeping/blowing, pruning, hedge/tree trimming, weed control, and turf maintenance.
- Garden Refreshing: You will refresh gardens by applying wood chip, mulch, and new plants.
- External Pressure Washing: You will perform external pressure washing of buildings as required.
- Waste Removal: You will remove all garden waste and transfer it to an authorized waste transfer station.
- Job Updates: You will ensure all required job updates are provided.
- Grounds Keeping Maintenance: You will follow a proactive model for grounds keeping maintenance and repairs.
Requirements
- Commercial Experience: You will have previous commercial experience in grounds/landscaping maintenance services.
- Driver's License: You will have a valid driver's license and experience driving with a trailer.
- Working with Vulnerable People Check: You will be willing to undergo a Working with Vulnerable People Check.
- Covid-19 Vaccine: You will have or be willing to obtain 3 doses of the Covid-19 vaccine.
- Flu Vaccination: You will be willing to receive yearly Flu vaccinations.
- Multi-Tasking: You will have the ability to multi-task, work reliably with limited supervision, and make sound decisions quickly.
- Technology Familiarity: You will be familiar with interfacing with technology, such as iPhones, used to systemically monitor location/jobs.
Additional Requirements
- Pre-Employment Medical: You will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical.
- Police Check: You will be required to undergo a police check.
Working Conditions
This position requires the ability to work outdoors and in any and all weather conditions.
