Domestic Assistant Role Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Domestic Assistant to provide high-quality support to our clients in their homes. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping our clients maintain their independence and quality of life.

You will be responsible for providing domestic assistance with cleaning, laundry, and other household tasks to enable our clients to live independently at home.

What You Will Do
  • Provide domestic assistance with cleaning, laundry, and other household tasks to enable our clients to live independently at home.
  • Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities as needed.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients by ensuring their home is clean and well-maintained.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate III in Home or Aged Care (advantageous but not essential).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve client goals and outcomes.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
  • A safe and sensible approach with a practical understanding of people's physical limitations.
Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this role is estimated to be around $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. You will also receive:
