About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our APAC Civil and Structural Engineering Team in Wollongong. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting and collaborating on a range of projects with other Technical Disciplines, including Geotechnics, Transport Advisory, Planning and Approvals, Hydrology & Hydrogeology, and Environmental Specialist Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working on a wide range of projects across the Infrastructure, Built Environment, Manufacturing & Industry, Mining & Resources, and Power & Energy Sectors.
  • Undertaking a range of technical tasks, including providing technical engineering support, preparing Civil Engineering designs, and supporting design management and project management on multi-discipline projects.
  • Liaising with internal clients and consultants to support Tender Management, Construction Management, and Supervision.
  • Learning from a diverse range of technical experts and building the confidence to challenge the norm with the objective of continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years' experience with tertiary qualifications in civil engineering.
  • Experience in the management and delivery of multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Excellent written and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to build relationships.
  • Competency in civil design, including the development of design solutions for roads, civil structures, infrastructure, earthworks, and drainage.
  • Experience in site supervision of civil engineering works is advantageous.
  • Competency in the design of civil structures is highly desirable.
