Netball Australia is seeking an Executive General Manager to lead participation growth, community engagement, and government partnerships.

  • Key Responsibilities
    • Stakeholder Management
      • Build relationships with State and Territory Member Organisations
      • Manage relationships with sports governing bodies
    • Community Growth
      • Lead workforce capability improvement and stakeholder management
      • Provide strategic leadership for growing Netball participation by stakeholders
    • Government Partnerships
      • Increase Netball's influence with Governments at all levels
      • Manage Government funding relationships
    • Diversity and Inclusion
      • Lead the organisation's strategy for First Nations peoples
      • Provide expertise for inclusive practice initiatives
    Qualifications and Skills
    • Understanding of Federated Sports models
    • Ability to make complex decisions autonomously
    • Knowledge of the Australian sport sector
    • Strong strategic planning skills
    • Financial management and budgeting knowledge
