We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Adviser to join our team

This is a dynamic and challenging position that will see you work closely with employees at all levels of the organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end onboarding procedures, organising employee inductions, managing pre-employment checks and supporting training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding procedures
  • Organise employee inductions
  • Manage pre-employment checks
  • Support training initiatives
  • Maintain accurate employee records
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team
  • Process HR-related invoices
  • Respond to employee queries
  • Assist with reporting and tracking of HR metrics
  • Evaluate adherence to company policies and confidentiality standards
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR coordinator or administrator role
  • Knowledge of HR policies and employment legislation
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems
