This is a temporary role that involves delivering physiotherapy services to home care, NDIS and Residential Aged Care clients in South/Western Sydney.
The Position DetailsAs a Physiotherapist, you will work with a variety of patients within community settings, including Musculoskeletal, Neurological and Cardiorespiratory cases.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored physiotherapy treatment plans for clients in their own homes through home care packages/NDIS.
- Collaborate with other allied health professionals to provide a multidisciplinary care approach.
- Educate clients and their families on optimal lifestyle choices to promote healthy living.
- Maintain effective communication with service providers.
- Work autonomously to prioritize tasks, maintain records, and provide patient reports.
You will receive support from our home care team to schedule appointments and plan efficient routes.
About the RoleWe are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual who is passionate about making a difference in people's lives. You must have:
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
- Registration with AHPRA.
- Police Check Clearance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time-management skills and attention to detail.
