The Merchandise Foundations Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping technology strategy for merchandise foundations, ensuring they are aligned with strategic goals, resilient, and designed to meet evolving customer needs.

This senior leadership position requires a forward-thinking individual who can lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and optimize merchandise foundations through innovative use of technology systems.
  • Develop a team of up to 7 fostering growth and collaboration.
  • Provide strategic oversight of merchandise products, pricing, ranging, and inventory systems to support business and customer outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Core Retail and Technology to deliver on broader priorities.
  • Drive operational efficiency through data-driven insights and continuous improvement.
  • Proactively monitor systems to maintain stability, reduce risk, and strengthen resilience.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in merchandise or retail technology systems (pricing, product, ranging, inventory).
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with ability to build engaged, high-performing teams.
  • Strategic mindset with track record of delivering tech-enabled business outcomes.
