About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality case management and intake services for community mental health clients. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment, delivering crisis interventions, developing individualized care plans, and providing community outreach.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in mental health nursing, ideally with case management and community care. Strong communication skills are essential for engaging with clients and colleagues.

A vehicle is required for travel to contract sites; a work vehicle will be provided during shifts.

This is a unique opportunity to make a difference in Queensland's mental health landscape while enjoying the beautiful Darling Downs region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality case management and intake services for community mental health clients
  • Conduct crisis interventions, develop individualized care plans, and provide community outreach
  • Administer medications and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
  • Utilize CIMHA effectively, working independently in community settings
  • Build meaningful client relationships, empowering their path to recovery
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $62,000-$78,000 (dependent on hours worked). In addition to a competitive hourly rate, we offer flexible hours, early Friday finishes, and top-tier pay.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must hold active, unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse. Experience in mental health nursing, particularly with case management and community care, is highly desirable.
