We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled individual to take on the role of Well Test Team Lead. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing all personnel, equipment, and services related to Surface Well Test operations. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the successful execution of test operations while providing detailed reporting to stakeholders.

This is a full-time opportunity that offers hands-on responsibility and the chance to lead a high-performing team in the field. As a well-respected leader, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring pre-project and annual maintenance programs for field equipment. Additionally, you will oversee full package test operations, including slickline/wireline services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical support to customer representatives where necessary.
  • Interpreting complex P&IDs relating to Well Test installations.
  • Implementing and monitoring pre-project and annual maintenance programs for field equipment.
  • Operating all equipment correctly, confidently, and independently.
  • Overseeing full package test operations, including slickline/wireline services.
  • Supervising operators and delegating required tasks to the operators.
  • Planning, organizing, and directing personnel across several different well sites.
  • Reviewing production costs and efficiency measures, and reporting this information back to management.
  • Ensuring that all required equipment maintenance is logged, available, and job ready.

To be successful in this role, you must have oilfield well site services experience with strong multi-skill experience in slick line service or offshore/international slick line, testing, and early productions systems. Essential qualifications include Oilfield well site services experience, lower level supervisor experience, and relevant certifications.

PREFERRED qualifications include Well Test training - Advanced, Data Acquisition training, Sampling Course - Advanced (PVT), and Well Control Training.
