- Deliver trauma-informed legal assistance in family violence and related family law matters at outreach sites, including Maternal Child Health services, health locations, and Aboriginal Healing Services.
- Collaborate closely with advocates, nurses, community-controlled organisations, and other support services to offer holistic support.
- Contribute to community legal education, secondary consultations, and strengthen relationships with service partners to support early intervention and culturally safe service delivery.
- Provide legal advice and casework to women experiencing or at risk of family violence.
- Work independently across multiple outreach locations.
- Develop strong relationships with service partners to support early intervention and culturally safe service delivery.
- Eligibility to hold an unrestricted practising certificate.
- Experience in family violence, family law, and related legal areas.
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse communities.
