About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team at Telstra's Warriewood store. As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding customer experience, identifying customer needs, and delivering solutions that meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs
  • Identify customer needs and deliver solutions that meet their expectations
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Continuously develop knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with the latest technology and products
