Assistant Centre Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Centre Manager to join our team in Kwinana, Australia.

This is a full-time role ideal for leaders who inspire and support their teams, fostering a safe and high-quality environment for children.

As an Assistant Centre Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Centre Manager, leading and mentoring our team of dedicated educators.

  • Lead by example, maintaining simplicity, integrity, and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Inspire and empower others through your actions and communication.
  • Calmly manage multiple priorities, demonstrating adaptability and confidence under pressure.
  • Maintain excellent organisational skills and computer literacy.
  • Demonstrate experience as an Assistant Centre Manager or equivalent leadership roles.
  • Hold current WWC and relevant qualifications.
