Our team is seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to play a key role in shaping the technology lifecycle of Disruptions products and business capabilities.

About the Role:

This individual will work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure that product delivery plans align with business objectives and strategic outcomes. They will be responsible for managing cross-functional squads and vendors to deliver features on time, while ensuring that products meet service levels, are secure, and resilient by design.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain technical roadmaps to guide product development and delivery
  2. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define business requirements and deliverables
  3. Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high quality results
  4. Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and objectives
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Product Owner or Technical Lead
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to manage substantial project budgets
