Import Export Warehouse Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Import Export Warehouse Manager to join our team in Mascot, NSW. As an Import Export Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for managing the import and export of goods, ensuring that all necessary regulations and procedures are followed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the import and export of goods, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of warehouse operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all aspects of the import and export process are coordinated and managed effectively.
  • Ensure that all safety and security protocols are followed, and that the warehouse is maintained in a clean and organized manner.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in import and export management, preferably in the logistics and transportation industry.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and procedures, including customs clearance and quarantine regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff.
  • Ability to develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of warehouse operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
