Key Responsibilities
  • Create a memorable experience for every customer by providing outstanding service, product knowledge, and support.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and operational goals, ensuring seamless store operations and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Ensure stock levels are maintained through efficient receipt, restocking, and shelf management processes.
  • Pick and pack online orders efficiently, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Contribute to maintaining a visually appealing store environment, adhering to visual merchandising standards and company guidelines.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Affordable flexibility and full availability from October 2024 to mid-January 2025, including weekends, late nights, and public holidays.
  • Previous retail experience is beneficial, but not essential; however, passion for sneakers, streetwear, and delivering outstanding customer service is vital.
  • Self-motivation, goal-driven attitude, and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment are essential.
