Christmas Casual Opportunity

We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our team in Melbourne's Western Suburbs as Christmas Casuals. As a key part of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for every customer.

This is an excellent opportunity for those who are passionate about sneakers and streetwear, with the chance to work with a wide range of premium footwear brands and products. As a Christmas Casual, you will be integral to our team's success, helping customers find their perfect kicks, receiving and restocking stock, and packing online orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a standout experience for every customer by providing exceptional customer service and making every interaction memorable.
  • Support your team to achieve sales and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals by working collaboratively and efficiently.
  • Ensure stock levels remain high by receiving, restocking, and maintaining a tidy store environment.
  • Pick and pack click-and-dispatch orders promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain a visually appealing store by keeping shelves stocked and tidy.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture by bringing good vibes and a team-first attitude to every shift.
Requirements:
  • A strong passion for sneakers, streetwear, and delivering outstanding customer service.
  • The ability to work full-time from October 2024 to mid-January 2025, including weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day.
  • Retail experience is highly desirable but not essential.
  • A self-motivated and goal-driven individual who is open to learning, feedback, and continuous improvement.
