We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team of pool lifeguards at Millmerran Aquatic Centre. This is a great opportunity for those who value water safety and enjoy working with people.

This role involves Day to Day Pool Operations, ensuring all areas in and surrounding the pool are safe and enjoyable for patrons. You will have a passion for safety around the water and be energetic, dynamic, outgoing and fun. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer service excellence are essential.

Successful applicants will demonstrate the ability to communicate and interact effectively with students of diverse ages, abilities, cultures and needs.

This is a Casual opportunity available from September 2025 to April 2026.

The successful candidate will have

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as a strong and valuable part of the team

In addition to the above qualifications, you must hold

  • A Current First Aid (Level 2) Certificate
  • A Current CPR Certificate
  • A National Police Check
  • A Working with Children's Check
  • A Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate

We encourage individuals who have a desire to become a lifeguard but haven't got the qualification to apply. We will assist you with this process through our Belgravia Academy, let us know via your cover letter.
