About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Fullstack Engineer to play a central role in shaping our product. You'll work closely with the CTO, taking ownership across the stack and directly influencing technical direction, product evolution, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain scalable systems using Ruby on Rails and React
  • Take ownership of features end-to-end, from concept to deployment
  • Lead architectural and infrastructure decisions in a lean team environment
  • Collaborate with design and product to shape roadmap and priorities
  • Help set the foundations of a high-performance engineering culture
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years software engineering experience
  • Strong capability across frontend and backend (Rails + React preferred)
  • High accountability and a true ownership mindset
  • Experience in product-focused or start-up environments
  • A strong passion for building scalable and efficient systems
Bonus Points
  • Early-stage start-up or lean engineering team experience
  • Exposure to CI/CD, Docker, AWS, Terraform
  • Systems thinking and product strategy curiosity
  • Appetite for responsibility, autonomy, and building from the ground up
