Caregiver Role for In-Home Support

**Job Description:** We are seeking a skilled and compassionate caregiver to provide in-home support services to our clients.

Clients require assistance with personal care, meal preparation, medication management, transportation, and companionship. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with clients to develop essential life skills and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-home support services to clients
  • Assist with personal care, meal preparation, and medication management
  • Transport clients for appointments and shopping
  • Document client progress notes and records

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Valid Right to Work in Australia
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Disability Support Worker
  • Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Personal Care or above

**Benefits:**

  • Ongoing shifts, 24/7 Roster
  • Morning: 7am - 2pm
  • Afternoon: 2pm - 8pm
  • Sleepover/Active nights: 7pm - 7am, 9pm - 7am
