Job Opportunity: In-Home Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to provide personal care assistance to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for helping others and making a difference in the community.

About the Role:

  • Assist with daily living tasks, including meal preparation, medication management, and personal care.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Work independently, using initiative and discretion to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Experience in aged care or a similar role is preferred but not required.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are an asset.
  • Ability to speak Italian is an asset.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • GCSE or equivalent qualification.

Languages:

  • Italian language skills are an asset.

Licence/Certification:

  • Valid driving licence.
