Boutique Operations Associate

Ensuring seamless boutique operations is crucial to delivering an exceptional customer experience. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth day-to-day running of our Collins St Boutique.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently manage operation processes and product flow to meet company standards.
  • Monitor stock inventory levels and work closely with the boutique to ensure timely replenishments.
  • Perform daily routine stock checks to prevent stock loss and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle cashiering, till reconciliation, cash counting on sales transactions, and closing procedures.
  • Coordinate the replenishment of boutique supplies, equipment, staff uniforms, and other materials to ensure efficient operations.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized boutique environment for an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements: Two years of relevant experience, comfortable lifting stock and boxes, high attention to detail, logical mindset, ability to work under pressure, and as part of a team.
