About the Role

This is a senior leadership position within the People and Culture team, responsible for leading a team that develops and delivers professional development programs for CEDoW staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a professional development strategy for CEDoW employees
  • Build leadership capacity of staff through targeted professional learning opportunities
  • Develop and review frameworks, guidelines, and policies to support workforce growth
  • Support and collaborate with School Leaders and internal stakeholders
  • Lead and manage the Leadership and Professional Growth team
Essential Selection Criteria
  • Extensive experience at the school leadership level or equivalent
  • Ability to articulate and implement a clear vision for leadership and professional growth
  • Knowledge and understanding of the system of Catholic schools
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Well-developed project management skills
Qualifications and Experience
  • Over five years of experience as a School Principal or equivalent experience in a senior managerial role
  • Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant academic discipline
  • Proven evidence of experience and capacity to coach and mentor staff

This role is classified as child-related work and requires a Working With Children Check prior to employment with CEDoW.
