Business Process Manager

As a Business Process Manager, you will lead and manage a newly created team of process analysts and consultants. You will be responsible for the elicitation, design, development, and testing phase of projects and critical production issues.

The successful candidate will have proven experience working in a similar role and strong leadership, management, and organizational skills. They should also have excellent communication skills and be able to provide project management consultation and leadership to peers and others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of process analysts and consultants
  • Manage the elicitation, design, development, and testing phase of projects and critical production issues
  • Develop periodic goals, organize work, set short-term priorities, and monitor activities
  • Provide input and support to budget management processes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working in a business process analyst or related role
  • Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to provide project management consultation and leadership to peers and others
