Job Summary
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to spearhead the implementation of Workday Advanced Compensation and drive process efficiency for job transitions.
The Role
- Oversee critical projects from inception through to post-implementation support
- Lead the successful implementation of Workday Advanced Compensation
- Drive process optimization for job changes (promotions, transfers, secondments)
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute project plans to meet business objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Manage project resources to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain high-quality standards and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle
