Job Description

As a Studio Assistant Educator at Sparrow, you will be responsible for creating a safe, supportive space where children thrive. Your day may involve activities such as singing with the children, playing games, and engaging in arts and crafts. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining open communication with families.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Experience working with young children, preferably in an educational setting
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current and valid Working with Children Check
  • First Aid and CPR certificates, including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
