We offer an attractive salary package of $85,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our team every Friday. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for young children to learn and grow. They will develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of individual children, as well as maintain accurate records of children's progress and attendance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans
- Create a safe and welcoming environment for children to learn and play
- Observe and assess children's development and progress, and communicate with parents and caregivers as needed
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and supportive team environment
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and attendance
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification
- At least 2 years of experience working with young children
- A strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
