Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of hospitality professionals to achieve excellent customer satisfaction and sales results.
  • Prioritize product quality, efficient processes, comprehensive training, safety, and employee satisfaction.
  • Drive sales growth through effective inventory management, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives.
  • Coach and develop team members through workshops and online training programs.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety regulations, health and hygiene standards, and other relevant laws.
Requirements
  • Previous leadership experience in fast-paced hospitality environments, preferably in a restaurant or cafe setting.
