Partner Development Manager

Lead the development of key insurance partnerships to drive growth and revenue expansion.

This role focuses on shaping strategic relationships with senior stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor and partner in commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with senior partners to enhance business performance and deliver sustainable revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimise partner performance across key metrics.
  • Collaborate with partners to improve quoting accuracy, pricing strategies, and risk mitigation.
  • Own the end-to-end partner experience to ensure seamless transitions for customers and consistent outcomes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for compliance and incident resolution, ensuring swift action and issue management.

About You:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in partnership/account management.
  • Proven track record in managing commercial performance and driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and drive results-oriented solutions.
