The Mental Health Team Leader plays a critical role in delivering high-quality supports to individuals with complex needs. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with clients and staff.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Ensuring service users are delighted with the service delivery
- Allocating programs and ensuring high levels of support worker-to-participant engagement
- Managing and growing a team of Support Workers
- Developing and implementing strategies to achieve client goals and outcomes
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with:
- Proven experience in the disability sector
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Relevant tertiary qualification and NDIS worker screening clearance
