Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve operational and service goals.

  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver consistent quality and presentation.
  • Supervise, train, and support team members to perform at their best.
Requirements
  • 12+ months in a supervisory role within hospitality.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a restaurant, cafe or hotel environment.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • A proactive, positive attitude.
  • Strong self-motivation and leadership skills.
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management (advantageous but not essential).
  • Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings.
