Job Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team and support us in delivering high-quality financial performance reporting. As a key member of our ANZ Regional FP&A Team based in Cremorne, you will be responsible for delivering timely and insightful financial reports, supporting the annual budget, three-year corporate plan, and quarterly forecasts.

About the Role

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will work closely with senior leadership and provide business partnering to key business support functions within Reece Group. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Improving the quality of reporting and identifying performance drivers
  • Offering actionable insights to help shape financial and strategic objectives
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across multiple business units to deliver performance reporting and analysis
  • Effective communication and presentation skills to simplify complex data and present insights to leadership
Requirements

We are looking for someone with experience in a business finance role within a large organisation who can bring the following skills and experience:

  • Excellent organisational and planning skills, with demonstrated ability to build out and deliver structured timelines
  • Proven ability to deliver accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis, with strong attention to detail
  • Experience coordinating and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple business units to deliver performance reporting and analysis
  • Effective communication and presentation skills to simplify complex data and present insights to leadership
  • Experience with reporting and planning systems such as Power BI and Oracle EPM (advantageous)
  • Proficiency in building financial models and working with large, complex data sets
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Commerce, or related field, along with CA/CPA qualifications
