Responsibilities:

  1. Pick, pack and maintain stock in accordance with procedures for internal and external orders
  2. Maintain and issue consumables paying attention to shelf life, wastage, condition and storage conditions
  3. Conduct highly effective material dispatch, working in conjunction with relevant stakeholders
  4. Actively review and improve service delivery to ensure stock requirements are filled within agreed timeframes in regards to receipting, dispatching and issuing
  5. Maintain warehouse and dock integrity including:
    1. Allocating and adjusting stock locations
    2. Ensuring stock is securely packed and stored
    3. Monitoring and controlling access to authorised personnel
    4. Ensuring stock is held in the correct Category and Condition and quantity
  6. Using ERP system to accurately issue, deliver and receipt
  7. Accurate stocktaking Conduct stock requirement management activities, including stock holdings assessments, sparing usage management, and burn down rate calculations.

About You:

  • To be considered for this opportunity you will hold tertiary qualifications in Transport and Distribution or similar, with demonstrated high level warehouse experience, and intermediate to advanced skills using MS Office and any other relevant software packages relating to warehouse.
